How It Works:
Choose
Your Level of Service
Size: It's
up to you depending on the size of your community and your
budget. A
30 movie minimum is required but you could go as high as
250 per month. Our clients average
50 per month.
New Releases (12 months from
street date or newer):
- Gold package - includes 15% new releases
- Platinum package - includes 25% new releases
- Titanium upgrade - applies to either package and makes
4 of your new releases as new as possible (one month
from street date or newer)
Price: The
price of your library depends on the number of movies per
month, the percentage of new releases and shipping charges. The
monthly rate may be as low as $100 and most properties average
$150 a month plus tax. Prices can range up to $400
per month.
Fine Tuning the Library: We
match your resident demographics with the appropriate move
genres. You can trust that we know senior communities
have different preferences than university properties.
Our Commitment to You: You will not
receive repeat titles for 12 months, unless you ask. We
want your residents to be happy, so if you have special requests,
just ask!
Get Your Movies
We ship UPS. When you unpack your shipment of new
movies, just use the same box and packing materials to return
last month's movies. We supply a return shipping label. The
next time UPS stops by your community, give them your return
shipment of movies. It's all included in the shipping
charge.
Manage Your Library
This is the easiest amenity/service ever. Video Rental
services provides you with everything you need with no start-up
costs or deposits. With your first movie library
shipment you will also receive the following.
A start-up kit, which includes:
- two different check out systems allowing you to customize
- a sample lease addendum
- complete step-by-step instructions for how to use your
movie library
- flyers to distribute to introduce your movie library
