About Us
Video Rental Services has been serving the multifamily
industry, and only the multifamily industry, since 1991. Video
Rental Services is a mixture of high tech
and high caring. Our computer, bar
code and scan gun system allow us to offer superior service.
High tech: You won't get the same
title twice in twelve months, unless you ask for it. High
caring: We are about people, people connecting
to people. People get excited about movies. Families watch
movies together. Communities gather around movies. And, when
your resident borrows a movie, your staff has the opportunity
to interact, to get to know that person a little bit better.
Community (your community) is about people feeling connected...

Justin inspects every movie and
game that comes back to our warehouse to make sure it is clean
and in good repair. He also sets aside your requests as they
come back from another property.
Craig (we call him "Junior") puts your movie libraries together.
He checks to see if you have requested anything special (and
makes sure that you get it), as well as pulling a variety
of titles that your residents will get excited about.
Our general manager Kenneth is Justin's back up
and all around guy in charge of happy residents. Kenneth ensures
that the movies go out and the movies come back in - and everything in
between that makes that happen.
Michell packs your movies and ships
them out to you. She double checks that you are getting a
good mix of titles - not too many of one genre and not enough
of another.
Cole selects, delivers and changes
out the movies for our customers (in other words, spoils them
as best he can) in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. Cole is Justin's
back up in receiving.
Michael is that cheerful person
who answers the phone. He is the collections manager, in charge
of invoicing, receivables and purchasing. Michael also answers
your questions and makes sure you have everything you need,
like flyers and privilege cards.
Bill is our salesperson. He
makes sure that everyone in the multifamily industry knows
how great our service is. Bill is another cheerful voice
that answers the phone.
I am Dee, the CEO. My husband John
and I own the business. John started it all those years ago
and is still the IT/CFO/OD guy, as well as my business coach.
We have a large extended family at VRS, too. Bill
is our database guy and Richard
keeps our computers running. David
does our printing; Michele designs
our graphics and Helen is the webmaster.
Our movie distributors are
Chuck,
Sam and Joe.
The list goes on and on.
